The prices and terms and conditions apply for the time being.

All rights for changes in prices and terms and conditions are reserved.

Delivery time: The delivery time is max. 14 days in Finland after receiving the order. The delivery time outside Finland is max. 30 days depending on the location. If the item that you ordered is not in stock, we will inform you immediately after receiving your order. Your order will proceed only after the payment has arrived to our account. Please note that it might take 2-4 business days for the payment to arrive when using a Finnish bank, amount of days varies depending on the payment country.  

Postages: Prices include VAT. The postage and packing costs of six (6) euro are added to the orders in Finland, eighteen (18) euro to Europe and twentyfive (25) euro to the rest of the world.

Forms of payment: Advance invoice
As a form of payment we accept advance invoice that must be paid before the order is delivered. After the order you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation on your order. You will receive also another e-mail that contains an advance invoice from our supplier De Melle. After the invoice is paid, your order will proceed.

Returns: Printed products can be returned ONLY if they have flaws, as the products are made individually according to order and therefore can not be sold again to another customer (Consumer Protection Law 15.12.200/1072, 16§). Products that do not contain prints especially ordered by the customer have the normal 14 days right to return period after receiving the product (compatible with Consumer Protection Law). The returned products must be unused and intact in their original package (the seal of CD's must be intact). With the product you need to enclose full contact information (name, address, phone number and e-mail address), number of the account to which the payment is returned, and the confirmation on the order. Note! When ordering shirts, please pay attention to the size! If you need to change the shirt to another size, we collect the postage costs again. You will receive a new invoice for this.
